UAF CTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality students serve the Asian Style Alaskan Black Cod course as part of the 2012 Scholarship Dinner. The dinner supports students enrolled in the culinary arts and baking programs by providing scholarship support through the UA Foundation. This year featured an Alaska sustainable themed eight-course menu showcasing primarily Alaskan-grown products.

The Borealis Bistro, the student-prepared luncheon service, is open for service Thursdays at the James T. Hutchison High School. Fifteen students will graduate from the 21st session of the UAF Community and Technical College Law Enforcement Academy at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at the Alaska Centennial Center for the Arts in Pioneer Park.
