E. Robert Mackey at the Chukchi Campus in Kotzebue has been appointed to the National Board for Public Administration Education. Mackey’s term is from 2012 through 2014. Teisha Simmons, director of the Interior-Aleutians Campus, was one of six recipients of the First Lady Volunteer of the Year Awards. First Lady Sandy Parnell announced the recipients April 2.
