USAID Award for Heroism recipient Harry Bader has returned home to put his international experience to work in the polar regions. UAF awarded Jacqueline Rahm the Peace Corps Paul D. Coverdell Fellowship. Rahm is the first recipient of the fellowship, which is awarded through the the Department of Alaska Native Studies and Rural Development.
