This summer the Chancellor’s Office is sponsoring one UAF student to attend the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C. Aug. 25 – Sept. 7, and one UAF student to attend the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla. Aug. 18 – 31. This leadership opportunity is expense paid.
Interested students should apply online at www.uaf.edu/nlc/. The deadline is at 5 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 15.
This opportunity is being coordinated by the Northern Leadership Center and the Political Science department.
