The Real Food Challenge (RFC) is starting at UAF. Led by Anthropology Society President Azara Mohammadi and Cameron Willingham, the project will help evaluate the quality of food being served on campus and campus food procurement. RFC is based on a nationwide standardized, comprehensive system. Such food policy provisions have already been implemented with great success at schools all over the country. In the spring, after determining the current status of campus food procurement, a student petition will be presented to the chancellor. Those wishing to help with the challenge or wanting more information can contact Azara Mohammadi.
