Facilities Services announced Thursday, Dec. 22, that there is no power to the head bolt outlets in Ballaine parking lot 8A (the parking lot immediately downhill from the Fine Arts Complex and Duckering Building). The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration declared recent deaths of ringed seals in the Arctic and Bering Strait regions of Alaska an unusual mortality event, triggering a focused, expert investigation into the cause.
